Process:

Step # 1: Your request

First of all, it is very important for you to provide us with as much detailed information about your renovation project as possible.

• type of job (demotion, carpentry or framing, insulation, vapour barrier, drywall installation, drywall taping, priming, etc)
• location (main intersection / exact address)
• blue prints (if available)
• measurements (sq.ft. on floor / sq.ft of drywall / amount of drywall sheets / ceiling height)
• schedule (when do you need to stat the project / do you have a tight schedule)
• design (standard or custom)

The more we know about your ideas and plans the more accurately we will be able to quote the job. Ideally we will receive a copy of blue prints with all necessary specifications.

After everything is clear and we have established what you want for your renovation a verbal estimation of the cost will be given. If the price suits your budget expectation, a written and much more accurate quotation will be provided via e-mail or fax within 24 hours from verbal agreement.

Step # 3: Scheduling the renovations

An essential part of the process is to figure out the most suitable time for us to work on the project.

Be advised that an estimated duration of the project will be included in the written quotation.
We always finish on time without any delays, if there are no changes during the renovation.
